HOW IT WORKS
With Cloud+, a secure connection is created from your PBX to ServeMeBest servers, and calls are recorded and stored remotely.
Depending on the capabilities of your PBX system, you may decide to record all calls, or only selected calls. You may also record outbound calls. Note that in most jurisdictions, you are required to notify the other party if call recording is taking place. Cloud+ has an optional IVR component, to play recording notifications.
When required, call recordings can be accessed via a password-protected, browser-based interface, which allows for search, playback and download.
A feature of Cloud+ is the ability to share the recordings with the other party, if required. In most jurisdictions, the data protection regulations require organisations to share call recordings with the other party, at least in the form of transcript. Cloud+ allows you to comply with this requirement by sharing the actual recording in a few clicks, by sending a link via either SMS or Email. The access to the individual recording may be PIN protected for security.
